  2. Technical Inspection Data: During the course of our testing and certification services, we may collect site addresses, facility photographs, equipment specifications, and safety records.
  3. Technical and Usage Data: We collect data automatically when You interact with our digital platforms, including IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, and diagnostic data.

In accordance with the PDPA, the Company processes Your Personal Data based on the following legal grounds:

  1. Contractual Necessity: To perform our obligations under a service agreement, work order, or engineering contract.
  2. Legal Obligation: To comply with mandatory reporting and filing requirements set by Thai regulatory bodies, including the Council of Engineers Thailand (COET), the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare (DLPW), and the Department of Energy Business (DOEB).
  3. Legitimate Interests: For the purpose of maintaining accurate site safety records, improving our engineering processes, and ensuring the security of our business operations.
  4. Consent: Where required by law, We will obtain Your explicit consent before processing specific categories of data or for marketing purposes.

  1. Service Execution: To conduct technical inspections, testing, and audits as requested by the Client.
  2. Certification and Reporting: To issue formal reports and submit necessary technical data to Thai regulatory authorities to validate compliance with national safety standards.
  3. Communication: To manage Your account and provide critical updates regarding safety alerts, inspection results, or changes to Thai engineering regulations.
  4. Compliance: To maintain a Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) as mandated by the PDPA to ensure accountability and data integrity.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

  1. Regulatory Authorities: We disclose data to COET, DLPW, or DOEB where such disclosure is required by law to maintain Your operational licenses or safety certifications.
  2. Professional Service Providers: We may share data with specialized laboratories or technical consultants who assist in specific testing phases under strict confidentiality and data processing agreements.
  3. Legal Requirements: The Company may disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, such as a court or government agency.

Data Security and Retention

  1. Security Measures: We implement rigorous technical and organizational security measures to protect Your Personal Data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
  2. Retention Period: We retain Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. Professional engineering and safety records are typically retained for a period of 10 years to comply with professional liability periods and Thai engineering statutes.
